Marketing Assistant

Luxury Real Estate Team | Montecito, CA

The leading luxury real estate team in Montecito, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Director of Marketing and Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on high-end marketing campaigns, and is eager to contribute to the success of an elite real estate team.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and standard 15-minute breaks. Occasionally, early morning or evening photo shoots may require schedule flexibility, with in-office hours adjusted accordingly.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience (real estate or luxury brand experience is a plus)
  • A California real estate license is required OR must be willing to obtain one within the first six months of employment (those currently in the process will be considered)
  • Proficiency in Social Media, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Canva, Excel, and Google Drive
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills for copywriting and content creation
  • A strong understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing
  • Ability to drive to properties as needed
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Creative Support
  • Develop and manage property marketing collateral (brochures, websites, flyers, etc.)
  • Create and maintain brand collateral (marketing proposals, stationery, presentations)
  • Assist in advertisement design for digital and print publications
  • Plan and manage social media content and digital campaigns
  • Maintain and update the company website, including blogs and property listings
  • Craft compelling copywriting for property descriptions and marketing materials
  • Track and report on marketing performance (monthly reports, database management)
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating photo and video shoots
  • Liaise with vendors (photographers, videographers, draftsmen) and meet them on-site when necessary
Administrative & Office Support
  • Maintain the internal marketing calendar, weekly agendas, and project timelines
  • Handle CRM database management and ensure information is up to date
  • Distribute The Montecito Collection magazine to key locations
  • Assist with answering phones and general office support
  • Run office errands, including picking up lunches, organizing supplies, and keeping the office in order
  • Manage office supplies, keep the office organized, and prepare the conference room for meetings

Compensation is dependent on experience.
