We are seeking a Digital Product Designer specializing in UI/UX to play a critical role in delivering elegant, user-centric designs for our platform. This contract position offers the potential for quick progression to full-time employment, contingent on mutual fit and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-fidelity, polished, and intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance the overall usability and visual appeal of the Frontdesk platform.
• Collaborate with a small and nimble design team and cross-functional partners to conceptualize and refine product features, interfaces, and workflows.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to support the development of new platform features and enhancements.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Ensure consistency in design across all components of the platform, balancing business requirements and end-user needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital product design with a focus on UI/UX, ideally within fast-paced startups or tech-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, with expertise in creating interactive designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality output at a fast pace.
• A portfolio showcasing experience designing digital platforms, SaaS products, or consumer-facing applications.
• Interest or background in eCommerce, hospitality, travel, or property management technology is preferred.
