Position: Apartment Leasing Agent

Location: Pueblo, Colorado

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about available apartments and community amenities.
• Assist with the application process, including verifying rental history and conducting background checks.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements with new residents.
• Maintain positive relationships with current residents and handle any concerns or issues promptly.
• Coordinate and participate in resident events and community activities.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents.

What our client is looking for:

• Previous experience in leasing, hotel front desk experience or any property management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
