Requirements Job Overview The Grant Consultant (GC) position will oversee project management of the MeTooPoliSci grant. This work includes oversight and planning of project deliverables, schedules and facilitating collaboration between co-PI's. The position will lead the planning and execution of projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Work Interactions Grant Consultant will report directly to Dr. Nadia Brown, Professor of Govt and Director of WGST. GC will work remotely and will report on a weekly basis.
Duties include but are not limited to: - Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to track progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Scheduling and organizing virtual meetings for the M2PS team and other experts.
- Coordinating resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to support project activities.
- Developing contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
- Helping conceptualize deliverables and materials which the M2PS team can create in alignment with project goals.
- Editing project materials and provide feedback on deliverable drafts.
- Liaising, as requested, with all relevant stakeholders, including experts outside the project team
- Fostering a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
Requirements and Qualifications - BA/BS required.
- At least two years prior experience managing NSF grants and experience in crisis support methodologies, which are applicable to the subject matter of the MeTooPoliSci project.
- A background in trauma informed care and research methods preferred.

Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$21.16 - $35.29
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
