- **Ticket Sales Management:** Organize and facilitate ticket sales for our events, ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.
- **Event Familiarization:** Understand the details of each scheduled event, including timing, pricing, and logistics.
- **Networking:** Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to leverage for various events.
- **Information Dissemination:** Utilize innovative tools, both digital and traditional, to spread the word about our events.
- **Social Media Engagement:** Actively promote events through social media and face-to-face interactions to maximize attendance.
- **Sales Techniques:** Employ effective sales and negotiation skills to encourage ticket purchases and upgrades from attendees.
- **Promotion Strategy Development:** Create and implement effective strategies to enhance event visibility and attendance.
- **Media Coordination:** Collaborate with local media outlets to ensure our events receive the coverage they deserve.
- **Collaboration with Organizers:** Work closely with event organizers to grasp the unique aspects of each event and its intended audience.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in sales, advertising, or marketing is essential.
- Strong ability to create and share engaging, informative promotional materials.
- Excellent public speaking skills and confidence in presenting.
