The Visual Merchandising Associate will assist with sales objectives, manage inventory, create merchandising strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, provide direction and training to staff, and provide a superior shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Customer Experience: Ensure customers receive a high level of service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
• Loyalty Programs: Implement and manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive customer retention. Develop a client-book with repeat customers.
• Sales : Drive sales and maximize profitability through client outreach, personal styling and successful event execution.

Visual Merchandising

• Product knowledge: Educate team on brand knowledge, current styles and industry trends and implement in selling practices.
• Window Displays: Conceptualize and execute eye-catching window displays that draw customers into the store.
• In-Store Displays: Design and implement product displays, promotional areas, and themed sections, to highlight featured products.

Operations

• Store Standards: Maintain store’s appearance, ensuring opening, closing and cleaning checklist are completed.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory movement and sell through consolidation, complete markdowns.
• Content Creation: Assist with content creation for social media platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 1-2 years in a retail environment with some merchandising experience is required.
• Strong background in customer service with a passion for fashion & stying!
• Night and weekend availability required.
