Job Description

Seeking an energetic and results oriented individual to lead account management, platform education, and select research services for clients selecting a SaaS or Hybrid insight community solution. The Success Manager, SaaS & Hybrid Solutions will have account/client leadership responsibilities, as well as play a role in developing strategies, methodologies and processes to facilitate growth for the SaaS/Hybrid/Agency segment of business.

Online insight communities allow companies/brands to secure immediate and in-depth end consumer (customer) insights for improved decision making, and bottom-line results. Not only does the client receive direct answers to current business questions but they also receive valuable insight from listening to customer feedback on an ongoing basis. In addition, insight communities allow companies to co-create with their consumers (customers).

SaaS clients would be utilizing the My-Take proprietary insight community platform in a DIY capacity. Hybrid accounts would be SaaS plus select professional services such as community administration and activity programming.

Major Responsibilities:

· Account management: professional and enthusiastic interaction with clients including developing and executing plans that will deliver insight goals and drive value. This could also include being part of the latter end of the selling process through platform demonstrations.

· Client education: utilize expert knowledge of the platform to train and troubleshoot the platform.

· Project management/planning: successful onboarding and account life cycle management including renewals.

· Moderation/facilitation (select accounts): creation and maintenance of a positive and effective community environment that will deliver high ongoing member engagement and interaction.

· Activity programming (select accounts): building, testing and fielding studies, most commonly surveys, through the My-Take platform.

· Research design and data analysis (select accounts): consulting certain clients on research design and translating data into actionable insights; potential to fully draft research studies and reports as opportunities arise.

· Mentoring/leadership: leadership and collaboration with teammates to deliver on deadlines and goals.

Requirements:

· BA or BS, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field

· 3+ years of Market (consumer) Research experience and/or B2B SaaS

· Eagerness and ability to become an expert on the My-Take platform, and coach clients on how to efficiently use the platform to execute their research

· Strong communication skills – verbal and written, including persuasive presentation

· Experience, knowledge, and/or interest in the process of conducting primary research

· Passion for brands, product, and strategy

· Experience with survey platforms, SPSS, and front-end web development a plus

This role is hybrid preferred. Fully remote work may be considered for exceptional out-of-state candidates.
