SUMMARY
The Stewardship Officer is responsible for the stewardship plan for the development department, including writing content for stewardship initiatives such as the annual impact report, case for support, etc. This position facilitates the department wide process for CEO briefings and call lists.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or a minimum of five years of experience working in database management. Preferred 3-5 years of fundraising operations experience and fundraising support. Proficiency in Windows-based computer software is required. This position requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, effective multitasking, organization and project management skills, an ability to work in a team atmosphere and manage a flexible schedule. Required commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment as demonstrated through work, life or community experience. Willingness to work beyond normal working hours, when necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENT
The physical requirements for this position include: Ability to frequently remain in a stationary position. Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. frequently. Ability to operate a computer or other office productivity machinery constantly. Occasional ability to ascend/descend stairs to access work spaces. Occasional ability to position or move body to access filing cabinets or other work equipment. Ability to constantly exchange accurate information and communicate in person or via telephone with clients, partners, donors, coworkers and other members of the community. Must be able to constantly view a computer screen. Ability to move office equipment/supplies occasionally. Ability to lift 10-25 lbs on a regular basis. Travel is occasionally required for this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
