Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join our team supporting SAP/SCI security programs. This is a critical security compliance role focused on physical and personnel security , and not an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) position. Ideal candidates will have prior experience supporting Special Access Programs and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full security compliance for SCI programs.
• Oversee and maintain SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) accreditations.
• Manage construction, oversight, and control of two SCIFs.
• Handle Top Secret (TS) materials and maintain proper accountability and control procedures.
• Support personnel security processes including initiating and tracking clearances and conducting debriefs.
• Conduct security training and awareness for program staff.
• Liaise with the government customer to ensure adherence to all applicable security regulations and protocols.
• Utilize and navigate security systems such as Scattered Castles ; experience with DISS is helpful but not required.
• Interpret, apply, and ensure compliance with government security regulations and directives.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CSSO/CPSO or similar role supporting SAP/SCI environments.
• Strong knowledge of DoD and IC security requirements , regulations, and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and apply government security regulations.
• Active and adjudicated CI Polygraph within the last 4 years.
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in a classified environment.
