You’ll be working alongside engineers and product teams to help build and optimize our platforms, improving user experience and functionality while contributing to the continued growth of a high-impact product.

In the Software Engineer role, you’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing both the Team platform and the Work platform . As part of a growing software engineering team, you’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape the architecture of these platforms and tackle a variety of engineering challenges. Whether working on the backend or the frontend, your contributions will help scale the platform to handle growing traffic and improve user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize backend systems to support scalable AI-driven hiring platforms.
• Implement and maintain APIs to integrate AI models across both platforms.
• Optimize database architecture to enhance performance and improve candidate-query matching.
• Design and build new UI components for the Team and Work platforms to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to design enhancements and implement new features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

Relevant Keywords:

The role requires strong proficiency in Python , Django , React , Next.js , and SQL . Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is important, and experience in full-stack development is a plus.
