Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics

Philadelphia, PA - 3 days onsite required.

EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company to hire a Sr Analyst Commercial Analytics. This is an exciting opportunity on the Analytics team to work with cross functional teams in the organization on multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ad-hoc requests into commercial data to answer specific business questions and provide actionable insights
• Support advanced analytics projects
• Identify new opportunities and improvements by analyzing data across various functions (patient services, marketing, etc.).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPI's
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align analytics with business needs.
• Support senior leaders by translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Monitor trends to identify risks or opportunities for performance improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.

Requirements :

• 3+ years professional experience, bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel - required
• Tableau or Power BI experience
• Advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression analysis, A/B testing)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
• Preference for industry experience (pharma, healthcare, life sciences)
