Role 1: SAP BRIM/RAR Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC. Work from Home- Hybrid.

Role Summary:

• Design and implement a futuristic Revenue Accounting process using SAP RAR modules in integration with BRIM.
• Collaborate with internal and external authorities and implement standard processes and futuristic solutions.
• Be hands on conduct regular code reviews performance optimization and debugging to ensure the highest quality of solutions.
• Comfortable developing designs and architectures collaborating with peers and present them at various levels.
• Take calculated risk and feel comfortable taking initiative to drive and deliver innovative solutions with fail-fast philosophy.

· Manage and maintain software documentation to ensure that all code is properly documented and easy to understand for future developers.

Role Qualifications:

• 7+ years of SAP RAR experience
• Strong Business Accounting and Finance acumen solid understanding of IFRS 15 Revenue recognition requirements SSP Allocation ASC 606 Revenue Reporting Requirements and how the new SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (SAP RAR) solution has been designed to meet those standards.
• Good understanding of Account Assignment and Determinations for Revenue Items
• Most Recent Experience in S/4 HANA Greenfield Implementation as a RAR Consultant
• Minimum of two full life cycle implementation experience with SAP RAR module as a process -covering - integrate sender components perform and configure the inbound processing configure and use Contract Management perform price allocations process contract changes (prospective and retrospective)
• Experience with BRF plus application configuration and RAR baseline configurations including Decision table maintenance.
• Experience in Revenue Recognition model setup for Time based and Event based Fulfillment events.

Role 2: SAP BRIM RAR Architect

Location: Cincinnati, OH. Work from Home- Hybrid.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Design, set-up and configure SAP RAR in a subscription billing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional terms to understand business requirements related to revenue recognition.
• Integrate SAP BRIM/SD functions to RAR
• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP RAR and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Required Qualifications:

• Familiar with SAP RAR functions such as: Revenue recognition based on events and time-based revenue recognition, Revenue allocation using SSP, Sales bills of materials.
• Calculation of Contract balances, RAR Period end steps.
• Work in an environment that involves revenue sharing, subscribers, third party sales, agency sales.
• Familiar with Cost recognition as well and Revenue disclosure reports.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in SAP RAR.
• Strong discernment in revenue recognition.
