Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge, Mother/Baby

Location: Frisco, Texas

Shift: 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Shift Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Salary: $32 - $53/hour

Job Overview:

Be a leader in our Mother/Baby unit at the state-of-the-art facility in Frisco, Texas, opening July 2025. As a Charge RN, youll provide exceptional care to postpartum patients and newborns while mentoring and supporting the nursing team in delivering outstanding family-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient care in the Mother/Baby unit, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Conduct detailed assessments and develop personalized care plans for mothers and newborns.
• Provide leadership and support to the nursing team during your shift.
• Collaborate across Womens and Childrens units as needed during the hospital's growth phase.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of RN experience in Mother/Baby or Postpartum care.
• Previous Charge RN experience in Mother/Baby required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license.
• BLS and NRP certifications (required within 30 days of hire).
