Your Impact

As a Project Manager , you will:

• Lead the delivery of technology and software solutions for aviation clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Utilize your expertise in Prince2, PMP, SCRUM, and Agile SDLC methodologies to drive growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to future-proof the business, enabling it to scale and thrive in competitive markets.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving positive change.
• Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the role, blending technical expertise with business leadership to deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software and technology-focused environments .
• Direct experience in Aviation or Commercial Carrier industries is essential .
• Proven ability to manage SME or startup estates , delivering bespoke and unique product propositions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to drive growth, build resilience, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
