We're seeking an inquisitive and strategic operations manager to join the central Product & Experience Strategic Operations team to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence across the Product organization This person will develop a deep strategic understanding of ServiceNow’s business across its full product suite, enjoy rare visibility across our full portfolio, and be highly visible to management across the company. This role is highly collaborative, providing an opportunity to become a key business partner, and establishing strong relationships with a broad set of senior managers across ServiceNow.

What you get to do in this role:   

You will be an integral team member embedded within a team focused on a single business unit or central organization. Gain exposure to senior staff within a product business unit or across various workflows. Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, utilize data, and provide high-quality recommendations through both written and oral communication. Model business initiatives by leveraging key metrics such as revenue, customer engagement, costs, investments, industry trends, and roadmaps. Assist in running operational cadences, such as Quarterly Product Reviews and Annual Planning, while supporting alignment between business units and all stakeholders, including C-level executives and other functions. Manage initiatives that promote growth and operational excellence across the portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams—such as Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing—to identify opportunities, enhance productivity, and accelerate execution. Program manage cross-functional initiatives and programs, coordinating day-to-day activities, identifying risks, and hosting regular update meetings. Support initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence for the portfolio in partnership with stakeholders.

Qualifications



To be successful in this role you have/be: 

  • At least 4 years of experience pre-MBA or 1 post-MBA with some experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, investment bank, or strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar) 
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions 
  • Track record of guiding cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing others   
  • Collaborative team player who is also a profound thinker 
  • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments
  • Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $135,300 to $236,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive OnTarget Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
