POSITION SUMMARY:
The (CPC) is seeking a Policy Analyst to join our team exploring internet abuse, information manipulation, and emerging technology. This role will be an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team carrying out cutting edge research. You will provide consultative guidance to our director and researchers on sensitive issues related to trust and safety, platform policy, information interference, and emerging technology. By working closely with researchers and staff you will develop coherent outreach strategies that translate our research for communication and presentations to policy makers, practitioners, community leaders and peers. You will have Internet policy expertise and contacts to brief the team and engage on current debate, policy and regulatory developments, and relevant events related to CPC's research areas.

This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures . The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate.
The expected pay range for this position is $86,097 to $114,124 per annum for remote positions.
The expected pay range for this position is $111,329 to $132,242 per annum for hybrid positions.
