Job Description

CertaPro Painters and Carpentry of Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky is one of the largest residential and commercial painting contractors in the Greater Cincinnati area. We are eagerly hiring a new Office Manager to help with the daily administrative tasks of the company. We take pride in our work and put customer and employee satisfaction as top priorities. 

We are looking for an energetic professional who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive tasks. The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently with little to no supervision and does not mind wearing multiple hats. They are well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges that come with supporting a diverse team. 

Responsibilities:  

• Service CertaPro’s office phone lines during business hours.
• Service CertaPro’s company email.
• Utilize the CertaPro CRM platform.
• Data entry.
• Schedule estimates in coordination with Sales Associates.
• Communicate and resolve issues between the office and the customer.
• Assist production team with administrative tasks.
• Perform administrative duties when needed.
• Attend meetings.

Qualifications:  

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Excellent conflict resolution and inter-personal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Education:  

• High school or equivalent.
• Associate degree (Preferred). 

Experience:  

• Customer service (2-3 years preferred).
• Office administration (Preferred).
• Bookkeeping (Preferred).

Schedule:

• On-Site.
• 9am - 5pm / Monday - Friday.
