Office Manager – Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

A thriving company in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our management team. This salaried leadership role plays a vital part in daily operations, overseeing a team of three clerks and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and customers.

We’re looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proactive attitude to go the extra mile. This role directly supports the General Manager and offers a unique opportunity to grow into broader operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of three clerks
• Oversee and support order processing and packing operations
• Coordinate with internal departments and external customers to ensure operational success
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, prioritize tasks, and drive productivity
• Assist in developing and improving operational processes
• Occasionally respond to calls or texts after hours when needed

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Every 3rd Saturday: In-office
• Sunday: Remote availability
• Must be flexible and willing to do what it takes to support the business

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years of administrative or clerical experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with computerized inventory systems (Produce Pro a plus)
• Food safety knowledge is a plus
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly desired
