Job Description

3Z Brands Southerland is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our executives and ensure smooth daily operations at our Antioch, Tennessee location.

The Office Manager will serve as the first point of contact for all customers and guests and will be responsible for managing the office’s administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all visitors, customers, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings.
• Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and ordering new supplies when needed.
• Oversee office operations, including coordinating maintenance and troubleshooting office equipment issues.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including booking venues, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a productive and professional environment.
• Manage office calendar and ensure all appointments and deadlines are kept on track.
• Work with HR managers to assist with employee engagement events

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior office management or administrative experience is preferred.

Work Environment: This is an in-office position at our factory. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
