Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:  Build and nurture relationships with prospective home buyers, providing expert guidance through the loan process.

• Self-Generated Leads:  Proactively generate your own business through your network, referrals, and marketing efforts.

• Customer Service Excellence:  Prioritize a client-first approach, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service from application to closing.

• Loan Origination:  Assist clients with selecting the best mortgage product to meet their financial goals, staying informed about current market trends and loan programs.

• Compliance & Documentation:  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure all files are in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

We’re looking for experienced and driven Mortgage Loan Officers who can hit the ground running. Our ideal candidate will:

• Be Licensed: Hold an active MLO license in at least one of the states we service (PA, MD, SC, FL, TX, CO).

• Have Experience:  Possess a minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan origination experience, with a proven track record of closing loans.

• Self-Generate Business:  Have an existing pipeline or network of clients and referral partners to bring to the table.

• Be Customer-Focused:  Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Be Tech-Savvy:  Have proficiency with Encompass CRM tools, and other industry-standard platforms.

• Be Knowledgeable:  Stay informed about industry trends, mortgage products, and market conditions.
