Job Description

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for multiple medical device assemblers for our production team.

These are full time positions with potential required overtime based on workload. This is a Monday through Friday position, we do not offer weekend work.

Prior experience as an assembler or in a production environment is preferred. We are open to training the right candidate if needed. Our goal is to teach our employees new skills so that they are able to develop their career and grow in our business. You must be extremely detail oriented to excel in this position. You will be required to assemble products from scratch based on customer orders.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling parts and products using a variety of hand and power tools
• Working under a microscope for extended periods of time
• Using measuring tools to cut products to exact specifications
• Reading and understanding blueprints to properly assemble products
• Learning new skills and growing within the position
• Created custom products based on customer orders
• Working directly with your team and manager
• Quality checking your and other's work to ensure there are no manufacturing defects
• Operating multiple production machinery concurrently

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an assembler in a production environment is preferred but it is not required
• The ability to use hand and power tools
• Experience working under a microscope is preferred
• Remaining highly detail oriented with your work
• Lifting 25 pounds and standing for the entire work day
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
