Silva MD Anti-Aging and Wellness is an Integrative Wellness Center using bioidentical hormone therapies and testosterone therapy to help with quality-of-life issues. We also offer weight loss services, cosmetic treatments such as Botox and fillers and face and body contouring procedures.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Medical Assistant at Silva MD Anti-Aging & Wellness located in Pacific Beach, CA.

This role involves providing patient care and performing both clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time position that may advance to full time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check-In & Scheduling: Greet patients, update information, and schedule appointments.
• Vitals & Patient Care: Take and record vital signs, assist with patient care, and provide comfort during exams.
• Room Setup: Prepare and clean exam rooms, ensuring necessary supplies are available.
• Blood Draws: Perform routine blood draws and handle specimens.
• Multitasking: Manage patient flow, answer calls, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification (required).
• Professional.
• Open to learning a must.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Assisting with procedures as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience with vitals, blood draws, and medical office tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially being kind.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare team and take criticism well.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
