Position: Project Manager

Location: Fully onsite in Santa Barbara, M-F

Type: Direct hire, permanent role

Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team. This is a fully onsite role located in Santa Barbara, where you'll be an integral part of managing and overseeing projects from start to finish. If you have experience in freight forwarding and logistics, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Proven experience in freight forwarding and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage logistics operations from inception to completion.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead a logistics associate and support them with day-to-day project needs.
• Problem-solve and lead the team through challenges, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to: the Director of Operations.

Direct report: Logistics Associate.
