📢 We're Hiring: Benefit Educator (Bilingual - Spanish & English)

📍 Must reside within a 120-mile radius of Richmond, VA

💰 Hourly Rate: $27.58 – $40.95 (based on location)

🕒 Flexible, on-call hours – heavy workload expected August through December

Are you a dynamic, people-focused professional with a passion for educating others on health benefits? We're looking for Benefit Educators to join our team and represent a leading client in delivering exceptional enrollment experiences.

As a Benefit Educator, you’ll play a critical role in hosting benefit and health fairs, giving formal presentations, and guiding individuals through employer-sponsored benefits in a clear and professional manner.

📌 Key Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Duration: Through the end of the year
• Potential for FTE Conversion based on performance and interest
• Work Type: As-needed basis (most events from Sept–Dec)

✅ Requirements:

• Active Life and Health Insurance License
• Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish (read, speak, write)
• Strong knowledge of group health insurance & employee benefits
• Comfortable presenting to both large groups and individuals
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in WebEx, Zoom, MS Office, etc.
• Must be local and have reliable transportation
• Willing to travel within the local market (expenses reimbursed)
• Must be available during peak season (Aug–Dec)

🎓 Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in benefits education or insurance is a must
