Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
We’re looking for a Mother’s Helper who is organized, proactive, and nurturing to help families run their day-to-day lives with ease. This role goes beyond simple childcare, offering support across multiple areas of household management.
Key Responsibilities:
Household Management: Assist with light cleaning, organizing, and tidying up common areas and children’s rooms.
Meal Prep Support: Help with preparing meals and snacks, packing lunches, or grocery shopping as needed.
Errands: Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and handling other family-related tasks.
Laundry: Wash, fold, and organize clothing and linens.
Activity Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating children’s activities, transportation to and from extracurriculars, and scheduling playdates.
Virtual Support: Help coordinate family calendars, make appointments, and assist with online ordering.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a nanny, mothers helper, or in a similar household support role.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it).
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Trustworthy, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college preferred.
Comfortable with pets ( if applicable in household).
