HS Sports Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented High School Sports Coordinator to support their elite youth basketball initiatives. This role will focus on managing product ordering processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless execution for key basketball programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about grassroots sports, understands high school basketball culture, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

• HS Sports Coordinator Responsibilities Oversee and execute the product ordering process for elite youth basketball teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Develop and document workflows to support ordering needs, creating templates for streamlined tracking and organization.
• Manage product logistics for high-profile basketball events, including summer leagues and elite camps.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including field representatives and operations managers, to align on execution plans.
• Maintain detailed records of product assortments, orders, and distribution processes.
• Utilize Excel and Keynote to create reports and documentation to improve operational efficiency.

• HS Sports Coordinator Qualifications Strong understanding of grassroots basketball culture, including high school teams and seasonal product cycles.
• Highly organized with a project coordinator mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Keynote, with the ability to document and refine operational processes.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of problem-solving and asking the right questions.
• Experience in sports equipment management or event coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with ordering systems like ServiceNow or similar platforms is preferred.
