Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on strategic planning and implement growth initiatives.
Lead enterprise-wide risk and compliance programs, ensuring full regulatory adherence.
Design and manage processes to address compliance issues and corrective actions effectively.
Develop contingency plans for crises impacting operations or financial stability.
Analyze audit findings and manage remediation plans.
Supervise the Risk Manager and Compliance department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee annual risk assessments, compliance management, and fair lending practices.
Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities, consultants, and auditors.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party risk management processes.
Provide leadership to project managers, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and resources are optimized.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local banking laws and regulations.
Review and negotiate contracts, including customer agreements and vendor documents.
Manage foreclosure proceedings and loss mitigation efforts, reporting recovery rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
A minimum of 10 years of management experience.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CRCM, or CCBCO.
Extensive experience in banking and regulatory environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong background in data management, analytics, and financial services.
Experience working with banking regulators is highly valued.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $205,000 to $225,000, commensurate with experience.
