Daily Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily activities of the project team, monitoring timelines, and taking corrective action as necessary to keep the project on track
• Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and foster a collaborative and positive team environment by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring the necessary resources are available to meet project goals.
• Monitoring and managing project budgets, coordinating and allocating resources effectively to ensure project success, and identifying and mitigating risks proactively to make adjustments as needed
• Proactively identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to prevent project delays or deviations
• Supervise onsite commissioning and installation processes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• PE License in Alabama
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or in a related field
• 5+ years experience as a project manager with a track record of successful project delivery
• Proficiency in budgeting and managing resources
• Strong time management and organization skills, effectively planning and executing projects
