We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within luxury travel, luxury real estate, or luxury hospitality. The role will focus on developing and executing digital strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Experience in implementing and managing HubSpot as a CRM and lead management tool is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, programmatic advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and email marketing.

· Build and maintain our brand’s online presence across multiple websites and paid media channels while optimizing lead generation.

· Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets to ensure maximum return on investment and make recommendations on channel shifts based on performance.

· Collaborate with media partners, marketing agencies and sales teams to improve digital marketing results and align marketing strategies with business goals.

· Continuously measure key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate, inquiries, qualified leads and ad spend ROI.

· Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to identify innovative digital growth opportunities for enhanced customer engagement.

· Prepare detailed reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

· Utilize Tableau and other analytics software to create visual reports, track key performance metrics, and provide insights into customer behavior, marketing campaign performance, and audience engagement across diverse digital channels.

· Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, segmentation, and marketing automation.

· Manage additional marketing projects as needed and cross-train in other areas to provide backup support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum of three years of digital marketing experience, preferably in travel, luxury real estate, or hospitality.

· Proven experience in implementing and managing HubSpot CRM and Lead Management tools.

· Strong understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

· Experience in SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and content marketing.

· Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.

· Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, WordPress content management, and Microsoft Office 360.

· Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

· Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

· Strong problem solving, analytical, technical and decision-making skills.

· Ability to interface well with all departments within the company and to represent the Sales and Marketing Department in a highly professional manner.

· Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts to the organization.

· Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with luxury brand marketing and understanding of high-net-worth individuals' customer journey.

· Knowledge of marketing automation and customer segmentation techniques.

· Familiarity with creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
