We are looking for a receptionist with prior experience working in a dental office and proficiency in managing dental software.

Dental office in Aventura is seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) receptionist/office administrator with experience in dental settings. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with hours from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Welcome patients register them and ensure completion of necessary documentation.
• Appointment Management: Schedule confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
• File Management: Maintain patient records both electronic and physical.
• Phone Assistance: Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
• Billing and Collections: Handle billing processes and manage patient payments.

• Proficient in Dental software
• Ability to manage office tasks independently
