The Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this customer-facing role, you will cultivate strong client relationships, ensure clients maximize the value of our platform, and drive retention and growth. This role is based in Philadelphia, PA, with the expectation of occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, delivering consistent value throughout their lifecycle.
  • Provide tailored training sessions to enhance platform confidence and engagement.
  • Offer strategic guidance on platform best practices.
  • Resolve customer issues independently or collaboratively, using creativity and curiosity.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, maintaining high levels of communication and engagement.
  • Foster customer advocacy through referrals, case studies, and analytics.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Ensure seamless contract renewals
  • Uphold high standards of performance in a collaborative team environment.
  • Consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a Customer Success role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven Results: Track record of driving customer retention and growth through outstanding service.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle escalations diplomatically.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM and customer retention tools.
  • Collaborative: A self-motivated, energetic team player who thrives on solving problems creatively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in investment management is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
