Torque Consulting is proud to partner with a leading Roofing General Contractor in Fort Lauderdale, seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee high-end commercial and residential roofing projects. Role Overview:
As the Senior Site Supervisor , you will be responsible for leading roofing projects from start to finish , ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roofing, site supervision, and subcontractor management , with a keen eye for detail and a hands-on leadership approach.
Key Responsibilities:
β Oversee roofing installations, repairs, and replacements across multiple job sites.
β Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and material deliveries.
β Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and project specifications .
β Conduct on-site inspections , quality control checks, and problem-solving as needed.
β Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
β Maintain strict budget and timeline oversight , identifying and mitigating potential delays.
β Lead safety meetings and enforce best practices for site operations.
What Weβre Looking For:
π 10+ years of roofing experience , with at least 5 years in a supervisory role .
π Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems , including metal, TPO, modified bitumen, and shingle roofing.
π Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and materials efficiently .
π Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail .
π OSHA 30 certification preferred .
π Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
