Bilingual Data Administrator / Office Assistant (6-Month Contract, Potential for Permanent Hire)
Location:
  • Gahanna, OH
  • Fully onsite
Duration: 6-8 months

Pay: $20-23/hr

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data Administrator / Office Assistant to support a high-volume construction project. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong data entry and administrative skills. You will be responsible for managing timekeeping data for a large field workforce and assisting with general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage timekeeping data for field employees using CMiC
  • Support onboarding and administrative tasks for new field hires
  • Maintain and organize project files, payment applications, and contract documents
  • Track and process construction Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Work closely with project managers to support daily operations
  • Handle a high volume of confidential information with discretion
  • Perform additional administrative and data entry tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma required (some college preferred)
  • 2+ years of administrative, executive support, or data entry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in construction administration or project coordination is a plus
  • Familiarity with CMiC or similar timekeeping systems is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience with Google Docs
