The Wharf Fish & Oyster Company, a new premier seafood restaurant in Pensacola Beach, is seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our beverage operations. If you have a deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liquor, craft beer, and wine, along with a talent for training and motivating a high-performing bar team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of bar management operations, including training, inventory, purchasing, scheduling/labor management, and cost control
• Lead and train a team of bartenders and service staff, ensuring exceptional service and consistency
• Develop and implement a seasonal cocktail program that aligns with our coastal cuisine
• Monitor bar performance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Foster a positive and professional team culture focused on hospitality and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of bar/beverage management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar
• 3+ years' progressive experience in a restaurant manager or supervisor/lead role
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-first mentality
• Knowledge of cocktail trends, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ability to manage bar costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through excellent service and beverage innovation
