Requirements:
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
* Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
* Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.
* Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
* Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
