Insurance Account Manager (Personal Lines, High Net Worth)
Are you an Account Manager with a knack for providing top-notch service to High Net Worth clients? Do you thrive in a flexible, hybrid work environment with room to grow? If so, we'd love to hear from you! This role focuses on Personal Lines (95%) with a touch of Commercial Lines (5%), managing an established and valued book of business.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our high net worth Personal Lines clients, handling day-to-day service needs, renewals, and policy changes.
* Manage a small portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts with care and attention.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on coverage options and solutions.
* Handle endorsements, certificates, claims, and other service needs with accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best options for our clients.
* Maintain and update client information in our agency management system (AMS360 experience is a plus!).
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years of Account Management experience in insurance, preferably with a focus on Personal Lines.
* Experience working with High Net Worth clients and familiarity with complex personal insurance needs.
* Knowledge of agency management systems (AMS360 experience would be a big plus!).
* Superb communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients.
